Businessman, business coach, practitioner. All of these words describe my career path very accurately.
I was only a 13 years old kid when I was sitting in front of the computer for long hours and devoting myself to programming which was my biggest passion at that time. I had no idea that my hobby would bring profits and become a serious business. At high school individualised studies in the computer science allowed me to develop my interests in programming. As a first year student I was a computer programmer for portal Onet.pl. One year later I started working for advertising agency S4 and designing software for such brands as Philips, Geant and Dunlop.
After graduation from Electrical and Computer Engineering Faculty of Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology (with a degree in Information and Communication Technologies), I began working for the British company Skyscanner. I was responsible for creating interactive flight routes map. Scyscanner.net is currently the most popular European flight search engine.
Although I had a stable job with good money, I decided to set up my own businnes. This is how Interactive Agency Zubi came into being. Years of work experience in this field allowed me to manage the realisation of more than 100 IT projects and to work with both Polish and foreign enterprises, including such brands as Kazar, Inglot, Mercedes Benz, Skanska, Wiśniowski or Eurocash.
On the 22nd of September 2013 we were awarded brown medal of the Polish Success Academy. Those medals are for Polish best entrepreneurs, enterprises and products. Our agency was honoured for its financial results, market position and reputation.
Market competition is really high and being the market leader demands constant work. This is why I was regularly taking part in trainings and lectures on personal and business development. Now I occupy myself with business consulting on business restructuring, designing business processes, introducing new products and companies into the market, and with trainings in marketing, direct sales and online sales.
I utilized my experience and knowledge i.a. to build and train together with FM WORLD a consumer – sales team. My team has currently over 15000 business partners and in the last 3 years generated 5 mln EUR in sales.
Sport has been always an important part of my life and one of my biggest passions. I used to do karate, athletics, play handball and do boxing when I was a university student. Now I discovered my biggest love – triathlon. In 2016 I finished Ironman 226 km race in Nice and 1/2 of distance during Ironman in Gdynia.
I am a tech geek and a triathlete. My love for new technologies and sports led to the creation of the I’M INSPIRATION app. That’s why I moved to Estonia – a country that is a paradise for innovators and tech startups and at the same time provides fantastic conditions for swimming, cycling and running. Together with my team we run an international project to improve lives of millions of people, to make them healthier and happier.
My sports goal for 2022 is to compete in IRONMAN Talin.
